Ray Burchett

Mr. Ray Burchett is the founder of Archimedes Partners (AP). AP provides leadership with perspective, strategy and resources necessary to optimize competitive state by developing a more intuitive culture. Mr. Burchett drew from insider access to corporate America, futures pits on the floor of the CME, and authoring trader development programming to create 2-5-1(Intuitive Performance Certification (IPC) Training). Mr. Burchett is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Prior to spending twenty plus years trading for his own account on the floor of the CME he worked as a Certified Public Accountant for Arthur Andersen in Chicago. Involvement in multiple start ups provides him with an intimate understanding for why over 80% of today’s workforce lacks the awareness to take the initiative in problem solving and ability to innovate.
